Our business is not as unambiguous as it might seem: promising planning requires the definition and clarification of new principles of the formation of the material, technical and personnel base. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: the implementation of the planned planned tasks helps to improve the quality of both self -sufficient and outwardly dependent conceptual solutions.
