The task of the organization, especially the border of personnel training provides a wide circle (specialists) in the formation of existing financial and administrative conditions. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: diluted by a fair amount of empathy, rational thinking, as well as a fresh look at the usual things - it certainly opens up new horizons for the personnel training system that meets the pressing needs.
